(1) The amount of compensation to be paid by the Licencee pursuant to Sections 36, 37 and 38 shall be determined
within fifteen days form the date of such event and a notice shall be given to the concerned person.
(2) The amount of compensation to be paid pursuant to Sub-section (1) shall be proper and reasonable.
(3) A person not satisfied with the amount of compensation determined pursuant to Sub-section (1), may submit an application accompanied with reasons to the Authority within fifteen days of the receipt of the notice thereof.
The decision of the Authority in this regard shall be final.
